Abstract. This study brings into focus some geostrategic-geopolitical doctrines, which were reflected on the geographical space as a result of their application or only the intention to apply them. In some cases, the territory was the very object of the doctrine itself, such as the Eurasianism. In other cases, doctrines affected indirectly the geographic space, large area of the Earth surface becoming space of interest (economically speaking) and space of influence (politically speaking) of a superpower that influenced the administration of that territory from the territorial planning to the architecture and size of territorial flows.
